Conditions of subscription
1. Every subscription of a customer or his principal, accepted by Golfworldinfo.com, constitutes a contract and will be executed according the rate-condition
2. Invoices are payable without discount at our registred office. All expenses are chargeable to the client. As from due date of the invoices, the amount due will raised in justice and without foregoing registered letter in which payment is asked.
In case of complete or partial non-payment without severe and acknowledged reason on due date, the amount due will be raised in justice and without foregoing registered letter in which payment is asked by a lump sum compensation of 12% of the total invoice with a minimum of 65 EURO and a maximum of 2000 EURO, even when giving a delay-period.
3. In case of orders made by an agance or any other mandatary, the principle remains jointly and severally liable of payment to Golfworldinfo.com.
4. The material given by the customer has to stay at our disposal during the whole period of execution.
Golfworldinfo.com bears no responsability for the original material which has not been claimed within a period of 6 months after publication. Also for possible damage to these material within the course of treatment they have to undergo, there can be no responsibility taken.
5. All information is published under the sole responsibility of the commissioner. He secures Golfworldinfo.com from all fees Golfworldinfo.com could be condemned to pay, including judicial fees.
6. In case of dispute, all parties accept the jurisdiction of the court of law of Kortrijk.

7. No annulation is possible
8. Golfworldinfo.com can not be held responsible for printing-errors, due to the delivery of bad-quality material.
Concerning the colours, Golfworldinfo.com can not be held responsible for differences in colour.
9. If insertion is not possible due to the delivery of the necessary material by the customer, then this will be replaced by the words "PAGE RESERVED FOR ..." (followed by name and address of the firm) on the page reserved for the insertion. This will be invoiced according to the contract.
