Should you wish to alter or amend your plans, please contact us as soon as possible so we may accommodate your request. Please note that as we are a small lodge reliant upon advance bookings, cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are subject to a 25% cancellation fee of the total reserved accommodation. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee. No cancellations are accepted upon or after the day of arrival in which case you will be charged for the total of your reserved stay under all circumstances. Okiato Lodge will acknowledge all amendments and cancellations in writing. We advise you to have Travel Insurance.
